  Richard Swilley was awesome in helping navigate the process from end to end. In addition to being very friendly, he was very patient and willing to explain parts of the process that I didn’t quite understand, which I appreciated since this process is not exactly an easy one as a first time buyer. After signing off on paperwork, Richard helped me set up some of the accessories and did a quick tour of how to navigate the center console features, and then made sure I was set to go before leaving. Overall, excellent service and experience, would recommend to anyone on the search for their next car!

  The experience begins immediately at arrival. Courteous Team members greet and take care of you right away. The waiting spaces are clean and comfortable. The Team member tells you about how long it will take offers you water or coffee and comes to get you when your car is ready. They go over the work that was done and provide advise about services that might need attention in the future. Always polite, kind and helpful.

We bought an Altima from him and he called a month later to check if we were still happy and if we needed anything for the car. I just liked that he wasn't like a vulture like most sales people.
